This is a unique opportunity to join Canara HSBC Life Insurance as an Enterprise Growth Strategist. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development. We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong strategic thinking and leadership skills to help us achieve our organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations and be able to analyze complex data to inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans, identify opportunities for growth, and drive business initiatives forward.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect a performance-based bonus structure that rewards high-performing individuals.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can think strategically and execute tactically. As an Enterprise Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth
* Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives forward
* Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, finance)
* 5+ years of experience in a strategic planning or business development role
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
