Arrow 3PL is seeking a Business Development Director to lead our efforts in the US logistics market.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the US logistics market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
