Job Description: Logistics Business Growth Expert

As a Logistics Business Growth Expert, you'll be an integral part of our client success team, driving business expansion and growth through strategic partnerships. You'll work closely with clients to understand their objectives, develop tailored strategies, and identify new opportunities for value creation. Your role will focus on building lasting relationships, ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions, and fostering long-term success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Partnership Building:

You'll foster deep connections with key stakeholders, understanding client needs and aligning them with our product offerings to drive results. Frequent travel to client locations will be necessary to build these relationships.

  • Growth Strategy & Consulting:

You'll collaborate with clients to analyze current usage, recommend growth strategies, and identify new use cases to maximize ROI. This includes presenting relevant features and services that align with customer goals.

  • Customer Success Management:

You'll serve as a trusted advisor, proactively addressing client needs, ensuring adoption of new features, services, and solutions. Regularly reviewing account performance metrics and KPIs will help ensure client goals are met.

  • Upselling & Cross-Selling Opportunities:

You'll identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities by presenting relevant features and services that align with customer goals. Collaborating with sales teams will support contract renewals and expansion opportunities.

  • Data-Driven Insights:

You'll leverage data to provide actionable insights to customers, monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as product adoption, engagement levels, and churn risk. Suggestions for improvement or changes based on analysis will be provided.

  • Customer Training & Enablement:

You'll provide clients with training and resources to ensure they understand and can utilize the product effectively. Customized learning paths and onboarding plans will be developed to accelerate time-to-value.

  • Issue Resolution & Support:

You'll work closely with support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical or business issues. Ownership of escalated issues until resolution will be maintained.

  • Customer Feedback Loop:

You'll act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to product teams for improvements or new feature development based on client input.

Requirements:

  • A good first principle thinker.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consulting role within a Supply Chain, SaaS, or tech-driven company.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships in the logistics/supply chain industry is a must.
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts and working in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Salary Estimate: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
