Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Director to lead our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the receiving, dispatching, and quality control of goods.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receiving and Dispatching: Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods while maintaining quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for production.
  • Order Management: Place new orders in a timely manner to meet production requirements.
  • Shipping and Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory transactions.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of warehouse executives, providing coaching, communication, and training.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions or adjust existing procedures.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Experience in inventory control and warehouse management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
