A leader in Logistics technology, Shipsy empowers businesses across multiple geographies by processing millions of transactions daily and supporting their operations through its platform, APIs, and marketplaces.
Job Description- Spearheading business development initiatives to grow key accounts, enhancing Customer Net Promoter Score (NPS), Revenue, and other success metrics.
- Developing thought leadership and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and fostering close collaborations with the product team and cross-functional teams.
- Working directly with leaders to tackle critical business challenges and contributing to the exponential growth of Shipsy.
- Cultivating new opportunities with large global customers and establishing strong connections with their CXOs.
- Driving revenue outcomes through landing new opportunities or expanding existing key accounts.
- Fostering industry insights that contribute to the long-term product roadmap of the Shipsy product suite.
- Maintaining P&L responsibility for all critical accounts and leading joint company-strategic account planning processes.
- Managing schedules with project resources and risk trackers within defined timeframes.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, the ability to break down complex problems, and collaborate effectively cross-functionally. Additionally, they should hold a B.Tech from a Tier 1 School.
Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
