We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Logistics Business Growth Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and building strong relationships with clients in North America.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Engage in outbound sales calls to build and expand a portfolio of customers for freight services.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors to provide valuable insights and identify potential opportunities.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate rates with carriers and shippers to secure the best deals for both parties.
  • Documentation: Handle and manage the necessary paperwork and documentation associated with freight transactions.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the transportation process to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and understand the logistics industry, even if you do not have prior experience in this field.
  • Eager to Learn: Display a strong interest in developing expertise in the logistics field.

Fulfilling Compensation Package:

The estimated monthly salary for this role is INR 25,000 to INR 30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Additional incentives (commissions) are provided based on performance. For experienced freight brokers, salary is negotiable with no upper limit for candidates with a substantial and proven book of business.
