Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy

The Director will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Channel Management

This involves creating and managing a robust network of B2B and B2C sales channels to increase market penetration and drive sales.

  • Client Relationships

The Director will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing expert advice on insurance products, risk assessment, and policy coverage.

  • Operational Efficiency

This includes efficiently generating insurance quotes, submitting sales documentation and reports, and adhering to regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
