Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join MTAP Technologies. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with prior experience in closing large deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to ensure adequate resources are allocated to meet sales targets and business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure sales goals are achieved.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market developments to effectively promote and sell company products and services.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities for senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record of success in sales management.
  • Prior experience in closing large deals.
  • CXO engagement experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in new client acquisition.
