Responsibilities:

"]Lead a team of 8-10 inside sales reps. Set sales targets and monitor performance. Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue goals. Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and closing activities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales processes. Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities. Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year. Workload: 70% Team Handling, 30% Individual Target.
