About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director of Sales to join our Global Sales Organization. As a key member of our team, you will lead a group of Account Executives, coaching and mentoring them to achieve sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel and guide your team on sales strategies, quota achievement, and pipeline management.
  • Regularly monitor and track sales activity, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct weekly forecasting meetings to drive closures and establish account relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Report on sales performance, productivity, and forecasting to senior sales management.
  • Owning and achieving sales targets for new business sales in the SMB market segment.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree preferred (e.g., MBA).
  • 10+ years of software sales experience, including 3+ years in sales management roles.
  • Strong leadership skills, proven track record of sales success, and experience managing high-volume transaction sales environments.
  • Experience with CRM solutions (like Salesforce.com) and Web Conferencing Technology.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and written skills.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
