About the Role:

SalaryBox is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager, Inside Sales, to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.

In this critical role, you will lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and spearhead initiatives to expand our client base within the IT services market. You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of inside sales representatives to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to exceed sales targets and achieve business goals.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, strategies, and sales approaches tailored to the IT services market.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize lead generation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (master's preferred).

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in inside sales management or a related leadership role within the IT services industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building high-performing teams, and driving significant revenue growth.
