Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and competitive inside sales representative who can thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. This role will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and qualify prospects.
- Develop new leads and build relationships with existing customers to drive cross sell and upsell opportunities.
- Create and maintain accurate customer databases to track interactions and sales performance.
- Present product features and benefits to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a quick sales cycle environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills.
