The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed revenue goals.">
  4. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and coach reps to improve sales skills.">
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales processes.">

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably as a team lead.">
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.">
  • Proven ability to analyze sales metrics and identify areas for growth.">
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales pipeline management.">

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum
