Inside Sales Representative

Curelink is a pioneering HealthTech company in India that provides doctors with a virtual care team consisting of experts like dieticians, yoga & fitness coaches, mental health specialists, and more. This innovative concept enables doctors to offer better support, counseling, and timely follow-ups on WhatsApp and calls.
We are the first HealthTech company in India to offer this novel concept to doctors. Founded by IIT Roorkee alumni and backed by top investment firms like Elevation Capital and Venture Highway, we operate in 7 cities with over 1000 doctors using our services to deliver better care to more than 50,000 patients, with 4000 new ones being added every month.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Representative to make outgoing sales calls to interested patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent selling and negotiation skills, good communication skills, and proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Make a minimum of 150 outbound sales calls per day, ensuring at least 3 hours of talk time.
- Help patients understand our products and services.
- Counsel and motivate patients to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
- Manage patient and doctor data to maintain accurate records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare domain.
- Good interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales.
- Knowledge of CRM software for managing leads and updating lead status.
