About the Job

The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling IT products and helpdesk services to potential and existing clients.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Product and Service related sales i.e. Subscription Sales, Referral Sales, Outbound & Inbound Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential B2C and B2B clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, inbound calls and referrals.
  • Showcase our IT products and helpdesk services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions over calls & emails.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and provide tailored solutions, when required, to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the manager.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our IT products and helpdesk services, staying updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Identify & create opportunities to upsell additional products or services, and cross-sell complementary solutions to drive additional revenue.
  • Track and manage sales activities and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to understand and address customer needs, providing solutions that add value.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to sales.
