We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our innovative team at QuickReply.ai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

QuickReply is a product-based company revolutionizing the marketing landscape with its WhatsApp Marketing Automation Platform. Our platform has gained significant traction, with over 700 paying customers worldwide, representing a 15X increase in revenues. As we expand our team from 35 to 50, we're poised to become a billion-dollar company within the next few years.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients through outbound and inbound lead generation, delivering qualified opportunities to the sales team.
  2. Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn/WhatsApp outreach, lead follow-ups, sales qualifications, and offer detailed product information.
  3. Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to negotiation and closure.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to maximize client retention and growth.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the value of QuickReply.ai in driving effective WhatsApp marketing.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
  7. Understand customer needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to address these effectively.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an SDR or AE, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  2. Ability to manage the sales cycle from start to finish.
  3. Experience in lead generation and business development.
  4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
