About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Kezan Consulting- A Unit Of Kezan India Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Teamwork with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Performing effective online demos to prospects

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales
  • A driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on performance and experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
