Job Summary:

We're seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our demand generation team as an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR). As a BDR, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling outreach and prospecting for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Prospecting: Engage in cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to potential clients, making them excited about Shipsy.
  2. Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to uncover their needs and ensure they're a perfect fit for our solutions.
  3. Market Research: Identify and analyze target markets and industries to find potential clients.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work with our sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share your insights.
  5. CRM Wizardry: Master our CRM system, tracking interactions and reporting on your progress.
  6. Performance Metrics: Track your outbound activities and share your wins and learnings with the team.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to enhance your approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (relevant experience is a plus).
  • 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with prospects.
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a knack for meeting and smashing targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (familiarity with sales automation tools is a plus).
