About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team. As a seasoned professional with 4-5 years of industry experience and 3-4 years of inside sales experience, you will be responsible for managing key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key customers such as Aurobindo, Serum Institute, Biological E., CIPLA, and others, ensuring strong relationships and optimal sales performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to find new business opportunities from channel partners, explore additional channels, and share marketing materials to drive sales.
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets through existing distributors in assigned territories, providing quotes, transportation costs, and customer-related documents as needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution and effective complaint resolution.
  • Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up and outbound calls, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer databases, understand customer needs, and execute tailored solutions.
  • Identify competitors in your territory, gather intelligence on their activities, and report to the manager on daily/weekly basis.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Science graduate with chemistry as a major subject or pharma graduate; postgraduates/MBA preferred.
  • 4-5 years of industry experience; 3-4 years of inside sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and influential skills with product knowledge.
  • A good understanding of industry information and customer connections.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
