Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling new sales, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling teams. As a manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
The successful candidate will have:
- A deep understanding of the IT services market and its products and services.
- Excellent sales acumen and strong leadership abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the process of converting leads received from various marketing channels.
- Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Hold monthly meaningful meetings with team members to discuss performance, coaching, and feedback, training needs, and career discussions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to improve their performance and achieve individual and team objectives.
Salary: ₹ 25 lakhs - ₹ 35 lakhs per annum.
