Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to oversee our inside sales operations and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market share;
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth;
- Work closely with marketing to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with our product offerings;
- Manage leads, track customer interactions, and forecast sales trends using CRM software;
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven sales leadership experience in the nutraceutical industry;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 based on local market standards and industry averages.
