Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of 10-15 sales representatives to drive enrollments for Accredian's programs.

• Take full ownership of monthly quota and revenue targets from the team.

• Foster a high-performance team culture where members feel valued and driven.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

• Provide regular feedback to sales representatives on call quality and performance.

• Collaborate with Reporting Management to align the team towards organizational goals.

Competencies:

• Proven experience driving top results in B2C sales with annual targets exceeding ₹10 crore.

• Experience leading a sales team with 20+ associates, including leads and ATLs.

• Excellent communication skills, with strong mastery over written and verbal English.

• High self-motivation, with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar roles in education and related industries.

Compensation and Benefits:
