Senior Inside Sales Consultant

Aon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Consultant to join our team in driving sales for B2B vertical of Aon's HR Learning Center practice.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing in-depth expertise on key courses and driving sales for them
- Building knowledge for key courses and owning their entire lifecycle
- Leading pre-sales activities and driving sales closure for public programs
- Spearheading referral marketing and generating leads from past participants
- Conducting facilitator walkthroughs for the program
The role will also involve building advocacy and alignment for AHLC within key stakeholders, driving channel partners to drive conversions, and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
- Experience in pre-sales and sales excellence
- Experience in content writing will be an advantage
- Exposure to marketing is preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Good communication skill (both written and verbal)
