Sales Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Mandarin-speaking professional to fill the role of Sales Development Director. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective channel development and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Channel Development and Management: Work closely with clients to establish, build, and manage sales channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to align channel distribution targets with the company's overall strategy and market situation, including various sales channels such as counters, doorsteps, boutiques, etc.
- Relationship Building: Develop trusted advisor relationships with partners by understanding their local strategies and business needs.
- Skill Specialization: Demonstrate expertise in fundamental business skills such as sales (including production and sales), returns, distribution, display, sales support, main promotions, customer service, and market feedback.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as experience working with clients to develop and implement sales strategies.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
