Business Development and Partnership Strategy: At RoundCircle, we believe that building strong relationships with our partners is essential to driving business growth. As a Director of Business Development and Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business development strategy that drives revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy that drives revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.


Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or partnerships, preferably in a b2b environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
