Alliances and Growth Specialist

Role Description:
As an Alliances and Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and organizational expansion through strategic partnerships and alliances. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and creating innovative strategies to establish and maintain partnerships that align with our organization's goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct market analysis to determine emerging trends and customer needs.
- Research and identify potential markets, industries, and companies for growth opportunities.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry events.
- Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective partners and clients.
- Revenue Growth:
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to achieve project delivery targets.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and progress.
- Strategic Alliances & Partnerships:
- Negotiate terms and agreements for partnerships and alliances.
- Draft and manage partnership contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute business development strategies that align with our long-term goals.
- Identify risks and opportunities associated with new partnerships.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse key metrics to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have:
- A proven track record of developing and managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in market research and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,00 - ₹1,500,00 per annum based on experience.
