About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Alliance Partnership Leader to spearhead strategic alliances and partnerships within the India market. As a seasoned professional with 15-20 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or partnerships, you will be responsible for building, strengthening, and nurturing high-impact alliances to drive mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen the partnership with Microsoft to unlock new revenue streams and enhance market positioning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft-related initiatives in India, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on joint business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem to achieve growth targets.
- Drive co-sell and co-marketing strategies to expand market presence and win key accounts.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
- Align partnership goals with Microsoft's go-to-market strategies to create synergy and maximize impact.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (15–20 years) in alliance management, business development, or partnerships, with significant focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft solutions, go-to-market models, and partner ecosystems.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex partnership ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
