About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead strategic alliances and partnerships within the India market. As our new Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success through collaborative efforts with Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen the partnership with Microsoft to unlock new revenue streams and enhance market positioning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft-related initiatives in India, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on joint business opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem to achieve growth targets.
  • Drive co-sell and co-marketing strategies to expand market presence and win key accounts.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  • Align partnership goals with Microsoft's go-to-market strategies to create synergy and maximize impact.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience (15–20 years) in alliance management, business development, or partnerships, with significant focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft solutions, go-to-market models, and partner ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex partnership ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
