About the Role:

  • We are offering a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Partnership Management

You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, showcasing the benefits of our internship programs and driving enrollments. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Designing and delivering customized presentations to highlight the unique value proposition of our internships.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with educational leaders through regular communication and tailored support.
  • Negotiating partnership agreements that benefit both parties and drive business growth.
Market Insights & Program Optimization

To ensure the continued relevance and effectiveness of our internship programs, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, educational needs, and student development. Your tasks will include:

  • Collecting feedback from partner institutions to inform program improvements and enhancements.
  • Tracking and analyzing market insights to adapt our internship offerings accordingly.
Reporting & Performance Evaluation

As a Strategic Business Partnerships Manager, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of your progress and performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing regular updates to senior management on business development achievements and challenges.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in the education sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to articulate the value of internships and real-world learning experiences.
