We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead sales initiatives and drive business growth in our Gurugram office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop a strategic sales plan to meet revenue goals, targeting large-scale businesses across industries.
    • Identify new enterprise customers and execute tailored sales approaches.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
    • Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
    • Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and product solutions tailored to client requirements.
    • Collaborate on lead generation campaigns with the marketing team.
  • Market Insights:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Share insights with leadership to refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Location: Based in Gurugram or willing to relocate.

The ideal candidate will earn a salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
