Strategic Enterprise Sales Director

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Enterprise Sales Director to spearhead sales initiatives and drive business growth in our Gurugram office.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop a strategic sales plan to meet revenue goals, targeting large-scale businesses across industries.
- Identify new enterprise customers and execute tailored sales approaches.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.
- Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Pipeline Management:
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing, and product solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate on lead generation campaigns with the marketing team.
- Market Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Share insights with leadership to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Location: Based in Gurugram or willing to relocate.
The ideal candidate will earn a salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
