Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at Locofast. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead high-growth revenue targets and drive business expansion.

About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and increase market share. You will lead a team of sales executives, provide guidance on sales processes, and ensure that sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new business development, account management, and sales strategy execution
  • Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance on sales processes, and ensuring that sales targets are met
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and increase market share
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise clients across all categories (small, mid & large clients)
  • Identify new business opportunities and follow up on defined business opportunities
  • Owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure
  • Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from competition, focusing on value proposition

Requirements

  • Experience in executing B2B Enterprise sales with 2-4 years' experience in enterprise sales and a good understanding of solutions selling
  • Experience in managing high growth revenue targets
  • Consistent track record of beating targets
  • Aggressive towards driving increased revenue and sales, month on month
  • Strong experience in account management, client relationship roles will help
  • Strong business acumen. Having handled P&L roles will be a plus
