The Role:

We're seeking an Associate Director of Sales with proven leadership skills, a successful sales track record, and solid business acumen to lead our Global Sales Organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Account Executives, coaching/training, and assisting them in creating a funnel.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Candidly coach, mentor, and motivate your team of Account Executives on the sales process and quota achievement while being hands-on
  • Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team and track results
  • Conduct weekly forecasting meetings and coach on strategies to create pipeline and drive closures
  • Establish account relationships with key decision-makers when necessary to drive deals forward
  • Report on sales activity, productivity, and forecasting to senior sales management
  • Achieve sales targets for new business sales in the SMB market segment

  • You have a Post Graduate Degree (MBA preferred)
  • You possess 10+ years of software sales experience, including 3+ years of sales management experience
  • You're a strong people manager with a proven record of sales success in a similar B2B/business software application environment and have sold globally
  • You've consistently hit quota in a high-volume transaction sales environment
  • You have experience managing and executing in a pre-defined sales model
  • You're familiar with CRM solutions (like Salesforce.com) and Web Conferencing Technology
  • You excel in presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills
