Overview
Microsoft's Enterprise Team empowers customers on their digital journey, focusing on targeted business outcomes and great customer experiences.
As a Digital Transformation Director, you'll drive digital technology transformation in partnership with customers to achieve both Microsoft and customer business goals.
You'll leverage a large, multi-functional team across the Microsoft product portfolio to engage at senior customer levels, bringing industry-relevant solutions to adopt and embrace digital technologies.
This role requires a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to meet Microsoft revenue targets and customer business outcomes.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, promoting mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
- Proactively develop a strong understanding of customer industry priorities and present Microsoft solutions based on customer insights.
- Lead extended virtual teams to consistently achieve growth in market share and proactively build and maintain industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of selling cloud solutions to Enterprise customers and achieving target or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience working in Telecom/Conglomorates, driving digital transformation, and/or relevant work experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field and 8+ years of experience working in Telecom/Conglomorates.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration and 7+ years of experience working in Telecom/Conglomorates.
