Strategic Sales Director

The General Manager Sales will spearhead the Business Development for India by driving the sales managers at various branches. This role is responsible for Corporate (B2B) Sales for India Business spread in every corner of India. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of logic and ability to negotiate, excellent written and oral communication, and a creative ability to connect seemingly disparate information.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the company's growth into new geographies, segments, and product partnerships.
- Spearhead the Business Development for India by driving the sales managers at various branches.
- Define, drive, and exceed the sales targets as defined in the business plan.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required) with MBA in Sales and Marketing (preferable).
- 8 years of relevant experience in Sales with at least 3 years in Security sales guarding company or manpower-driven industry Corporate (B2B) Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (written and verbal) appropriate for engaging a diverse range of audiences and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels across the business functions and influence senior management/directors and wider stakeholders.
