- The Sales Director will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing sales activities, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales strategy development.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing sales teams, driving consistent revenue growth, and surpassing sales targets.

- Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion, leveraging channel sales strategies and marketing outreach to drive expansion and outreach, and collaborating effectively with Customer Success to deliver value to clients for continued renewal opportunity.

- The Sales Director will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to make informed sales plans, and building and strengthening strategic external relationships and internal cross-functional business groups to enhance collaboration and unlock new business opportunities.

- Performance metrics will include sales revenue growth, sales team performance, customer satisfaction, and market share expansion.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or MBA, with 12+ years of sales experience in the Information Services and/or software industry, and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
