i4 Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations Director to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the textile & home decor industry.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Sales Strategy and Operations Director at i4 Consulting, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and profitability. You will lead a dynamic sales team, overseeing both domestic and international sales operations, and building strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Identify new markets, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets and KPIs for revenue growth.

You will also be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to meet their individual and collective goals. This includes conducting regular sales training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

In addition, you will maintain strong relationships with key architects and interior decorators, negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences, explore and expand the client base, and oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

You will track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, ensuring that CRM and other sales tools are used effectively across the team.

You must have excellent negotiation skills, strong leadership and team management skills, a proven track record of building high-performance sales teams, and experience in managing large sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
