Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to lead our Mid Market Account Management team in the North region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts in the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Ansys products, contributing to revenue growth targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic meetings with clients to assess performance and explore new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competition, and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients and Kaizenat.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reports on account activity, revenue potential, and client health to senior management.
Requirements:
• Degree in engineering, Business, or a related field (master's preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of handling large portfolios in the Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions relevant to these industries, particularly engineering simulation tools like ANSYS.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients with varying needs.
• Proven experience in growing revenue within existing accounts and driving business development.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the North region.
