Job Title: Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team in Shipsy. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our customer relationships and expanding our presence in the market. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and analyze sales data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 School.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
