As a Strategic Enterprise Sales Professional at Talent Ro, you will be responsible for engaging with C-level / CXO-level executives from organizations with over 1000 employees. Your primary goal will be to effectively present our recruitment and talent engagement solutions, building and managing relationships with prospects, and conceptualizing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.

- Demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated.
- Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Is analytically strong with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Is able to work independently as well as with the team.
