About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, focusing on acquiring new clients for the enterprise segment. This role involves achieving revenue targets for assigned territories, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including relationship management and upselling/cross-selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise sales landscape and market trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Post-graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, PGDM).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SAAS-based or cloud-based selling/HR solutions/concept sale.
- Strong network of and goodwill among decision-makers (VP, CXO, etc.), especially in HR.
- Enterprising and aggressive sales professional with excellent communication skills.
