Strategic Enterprise Sales Associate

The Enterprise Sales Associate role is a vital component of FloatIQ's growth strategy, focusing on expanding our customer base and driving sales revenue. As part of this team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with managing directors to execute sales plans, and supporting marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Qualification: Conduct call campaigns to set meetings with key stakeholders in target industries, qualify inbound leads, and assist managing directors in developing account and territory plans.
- Sales Support: Aid assigned managing directors in accelerating the initial stages of the sales cycle, provide research support, and assist in creating sales presentations and analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations, marketing, and other teams to drive sales growth and implement effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3+ years in inside sales or business development, preferably in finance, technology, or relevant industries.
- Skillset: Strong selling and communication skills, ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field, or commensurate experience.
Compensation Package: This exciting opportunity includes an attractive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, equity ownership, and a comprehensive benefits package.
