Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Global Enterprise Sales Lead to join our WCube team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, exceeding sales targets, and driving enterprise-level business growth.
About the Role- Sales Strategy and Execution
- The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals, focusing on identifying and targeting new enterprise customers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management
- The Global Enterprise Sales Lead will build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise accounts, understanding customer needs and providing customized solutions.
- Pipeline Management
- The role requires managing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, regularly updating forecasts, and delivering accurate reporting to leadership.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in Large Enterprise Sales or Account Management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with additional benefits including relocation support for candidates based outside Gurugram.
