Global Sales Planning and Development Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global Sales Planning and Development Lead to join our team at Zemanta Inc. This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader who can help us drive revenue growth by improving our lead-to-opportunity pipeline and providing support for senior sales leadership.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in global B2B sales operations within the technology, advertising or marketing sectors. They will also have hands-on experience with technology-focused sales tools and CRM systems (SFDC, Outreach, 6Sense, etc.)
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading global sales planning, including building out an SDR team, and will have expert-level experience with Salesforce, including creating dashboards and overall system proficiency.
About You
- You will have a proven track record of success in sales development and planning, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making.
- You will be comfortable working across time zones and cultures, and will have excellent communication and leadership skills.
- You will have a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and will be able to apply this knowledge to enhance our sales development process.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
- A hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
