Job Overview
We are currently seeking a talented Global Business Development Representative to join our team in Okhla, Delhi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and industry developments to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and progress to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
