Expert Problem Manager for Global Operations

Orange Business Services seeks a seasoned Problem Manager to join its Global Delivery & Operations team. This critical role will be responsible for supporting all problem management activities, driving operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality services that meet customer expectations.
About the RoleThe Problem Manager position is a key component of our incident management process. As a critical member of the team, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex customer-related faults, perform root cause analysis, and document knowledge gained for future reference.
Key Responsibilities- Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer-related faults in a timely and efficient manner.
- Root Cause Analysis: Perform thorough root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of incidents and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation: Document knowledge gained from each problem for the benefit of Incident Management and other teams.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and providers to provide final resolution to Problem Requests received.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Educational Qualifications: A degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Relevant Experience: At least 8 years of experience in problem management or a related field.
- Desired Skills/Knowledge: Fluent written and verbal English skills, exceptional customer handling skills, ITIL Service Management certification, excellent training and coaching skills, good people management skills, ability to communicate at all levels, excellent customer service skills, ability to learn quickly, good interpersonal skills, time and matrix management skills, willingness to work night shifts on a rotational basis, and ability to represent the organization during major incidents.
