About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Asset Administrative Assistant to join our team at Valvoline Global Operations. As a key member of our Digital Asset Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital packaging asset journey, from final posting by the Creative team to posting to the Valvoline Digital Library.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the workflow of assets throughout the final stage of production using the Digital Asset Management Library
  • Maintain accurate records of each asset in the production queue
  • Notify stakeholders of bottlenecks and delays
  • Collaborate with the New Solutions Development (NSD) team to ensure progress
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent internship experience)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic Excel skills, including data entry and management
