About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Operations Manager to join our team in Gurgaon, India.

Job Summary

The Centralized Services Manager reports to the Team Manager within the Solution, Implementation & Deployment Vertical. The Centralized Manager supports the implementation manager by managing internal GBT account setup related activities like unique ID Creation / Setup, PCC Creation, Rate Loading etc. of our local and global clients and works on all assigned projects as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the internal account setup tasks for all new clients.
  • Be the single point of contact for the implementation manager for the specified tasks.
  • Collaborate with multiple key business units to drive efficiencies, meet customer needs / deliver on strategic business goals.
  • Ensures timely delivery in line with defined SLA's and maintains updated project plans throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Accurate and quality management of all internal tracking metrics / platforms like SFDC etc.
  • Uses the project management methodology to manage risk assessment, escalation and resolution process.
  • Use their knowledge and experience to drive best practices aimed at standardization and scale and increase efficiencies.
  • Ensure processes aligned to financial goals with measurable metrics.
Requirements
  • English language required. Excellent communicator at all levels both written and oral.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Commercial awareness, influencing and strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deliverables.
  • Capability to work virtually and strong organizational skills.
  • Effective time management, multi-tasking prioritization skills.
  • High degree of problem solving and decision-making. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and taking everyone on board to deliver on the same.
  • Ability to perform in complex cross-functional, global, business environment.
  • Strong active listening and facilitation skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a global environment and adapt to different time zones.
