Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global operations, driving seamless delivery and operational excellence across seven international campuses.

This strategic role requires strong leadership skills to oversee performance, foster innovation, and ensure exceptional student experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campus Strategy Alignment: Develop and implement a unified strategy across seven campuses to guarantee consistent, high-quality student interactions.
  • Leadership Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders, faculty, and administration to align operations with Tetr's academic vision, business objectives, and student experience initiatives.
  • Performance Oversight: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor key performance metrics, enhance campus student experiences, and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Operational Excellence: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence to address challenges and elevate the student experience globally.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless coordination and execution, prioritizing student experience.
About You

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

  • An Ivy League MBA or equivalent, plus 4+ years of experience in MBB/LEK/Kearney or leadership roles at successful startups, with a focus on operational excellence and strategic execution.
  • A proven track record of leading complex, multi-location operations, preferably in a high-growth or educational environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
