About the Role

This is a senior leadership position requiring strong strategic ability, organizational alignment, executive support, and measures of success with a structured governance cadence.

Responsibilities will span multiple organizations and dimensions, leveraging your established network and organizational astuteness to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled project management resources globally.
  • Partner with the Practice Leader to shape Project Management strategy and methodologies within Orange Business International.
  • Host direct responsibility for highly skilled project managers and indirect coordination with peers leading similar teams centrally.
  • Develop and implement the Project Management vision, strategy, and programs across the International Zone organization, meeting customer needs.
  • Facilitate regional governance forums between central and regional PM, Delivery teams, and other entities linked with global practice execution.
  • In partnership with regional Project Leaders and Multi-Service delivery Leaders, ensure full project-based P&L delivery assurances.
  • Via the Project Management Practice Leader, develop, implement, and maintain key practice components: People learning & development, methodology, digital data & project quality assurance.
  • Evaluate project scope, schedule, and budgets through the full project lifecycle, ensuring profitable P&L outcomes.
  • Promote a culture of business accountability focused on customer value creation within a co-constructive Agile mindset.
  • Enable active Project Management participation in sales/pre-sales processes, monetizing Project Management services for customers.
  • Identify critical metrics to assess impact and results, tracking and reviewing established metrics regularly.
  • Collaborate with International Zone partners to optimize Project Management, supporting customer experience.
About You

We seek an experienced professional with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, management, engineering).
  • Professional Project Management and Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, Scrum Master). Programme or Portfolio Management certification is preferred.
  • Multisource Service Integration experience and/or certification.
  • MS Office proficiency, Power-BI, and Data visualization techniques – OBS-specific tools are a bonus.
  • 15+ years of experience in project management environments in the telecommunications industry.
  • 10+ years of people management experience, with demonstrated success in leadership roles.
  • Budgeting, Business Unit management, and project-based P&L ownership experience is mandatory.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale complex projects or multiple projects concurrently.
  • Fluent English required, both spoken and written.

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Orange products and solutions.
