The estimated salary for this role is between €60,000 and €90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Global Delivery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our global communication solutions.

This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, SITA, and our end customers to schedule migrations and ensure timely project implementation.

You will also be responsible for tracking service delivery, managing delays, and submitting reports to Billing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Milestone tracking and coordination with SITA and end customers
  • Alignment of internal resources and collaboration with SITA Delivery teams
  • Ensuring project scope is implemented as per plan and test results are recorded
  • Release of Service Commencement notices and push orders to billing
  • Tracking service delivery and managing delays
  • Liaising with various teams within Orange Business Services
  • Ensuring 100% effectiveness in meeting SLAs and KPIs

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in Project Management skills, knowledge of LAN & WAN latest technologies, Carrier Networks, and telecom hardware and technology platforms
  • Good understanding of Project Management methodology and its implementation
  • Excellent understanding of Network environment, equipment, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-focused approach, and ability to work effectively at all levels
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and capable to work within a strong team environment
  • Basic understanding of ITIL framework and fluency in both verbal and written English language
